The PositionThe Access Management FFE Business Partner plays a critical role in developing and implementing access management policies and rules, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness. This position works closely with HKA Leader, and other functional teams to create and manage access strategies, provide performance management recommendations, and drive access insights and analysis to enhance access management effectiveness.Communicate with HKA and field force to well understand business needs, balance different opinions and is able to reach consensus on key decisions & design rationalAccess planning for target customer, field force structure, territory & listing target for cross-TA and corporate strategy execution.Identify issues with access management, e.g. Top hospital, territory alignment, listing target alignment and etc., seek ways for improvement and ensure well implementation & drive field force operation effective and efficiencyAct as a main contact window, proactively work with HKA & supportive function BP, FFE internal function etc. to ensure effective cross function alignment. & operation efficiency.Take lead of identification of access pain points, root cause, and lead to action, via strong business insight based on analysisIntegerate internal and external stakeholders to build end-to-end business solutionsExplore access opportunities and models to sustain business growthDrive business initiatives via strong interpersonal skills as well as hard skills, with sense of ownership.Healthcare experince is necessary, strong analysis and presentation skills are mandatory, HKA or market acces backgrond is preference
