Responsibilities leads generation: Analyze market opportunities to develop and implement actions to achieve growth. actively support marketing activities related to leads generation, which might include, but not limited: Virtual or F2F Exhibitions, webinars, etc. use digital tool to seek for potential contacts, project, and market information. be active supporting on brand awareness activities on digital platform, social media, and any other company tools available. Channel management & development: Support development of comprehensive channel strategies Consolidate data base of channel strength across key categories like distributors, retailers, wholesalers, etc. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, identify gaps with key channel partners and create development tracks. Work with team to attract, assess, develop new channel partners, as well as retain, train exiting channel partners to enhance technical selling, value selling capability. Develop and implement a channels plan that provides the necessary incentive for growth in this area Ensure that the channels are trained and can provide the necessary support to position MSA as a leader in this space for the region Sales activities and support Demonstrate and maintain in depth knowledge of local organization, customers, competitors to provide critical insights and sound business advice. Collaborate with regional teams to develop key initiatives to improve efficiency for systems ales, key account management sales, service sales & project management. Identify key contacts within each customer location and build strong business relationships to obtain framework contract for key accounts and outstanding projects. Others Work closely to other strategic MSA departments which might be impacted or need support to HVACR market strategy. Provide constantly feedback on HVACR markets and provide active actions on HVACR in the area. Other Duties and Responsibilities Drive innovation across company’s products and services, Explore new business opportunities and markets for expansion. Develop business relationship with the counterpart department of global key account/EPC. Undertake project work as and when required with engineering department and aftersales team to ensure accounts’ satisfaction. Perform other duties as required or Qualifications Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, refrigeration, HVAC, Science or equivalent required. 8+ years’ experience proven commercial experience in HVAC, MEP, Building Services area; channel management, but also with direct selling and technical selling approach to influence end-users. Sales network and channel partner resource is critical to us in HVACR market. OEM business experience preferred. 3+ years international industrial company with presence in China Specialized Knowledge/Skills Proven sales and management background in HVACR market. Highly effective leadership, management, and communication skills. Excellent client orientation around problem-solving and delivering results. Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in high-pressure environment. Thorough knowledge of MS Office & CRM Solid English communication skill
