Our work depends on Software Developer Advisor joining our team to have a deep understanding of the FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) API framework, along with RESTFUL API experience. Will need to be able to provide technical assistance, lead architectural reviews, and ensure that all APIs are fully compliant with CMS Final rules. This role requires a significant amount of coaching and speaking. This role also requires experience in Cloverleaf. The client has implemented Cloverleaf and needs an experienced developer to assist in design, development, and implementation in their ongoing efforts. 
 

HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: 
● Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software 
● Lead the team and implement best practices in both Cloverleaf and all FHIR APIs 
● Will debug existing APIs where needed, assist in the development of new APIs. Oversee the ongoing development of the Cloverleaf ESB.  

● The team is a small and very experienced advisory team whose mission is to provide deep technical knowhow, assisting the client in building out their processes and implement best practices for data storage, CMS compliance, API implementation and more.  
● You will directly own processes and will be client facing every day.  
● Your deep understanding of the clients technology stack will aid them in modernizing their entire technology offering and allow them to implement intelligent and meaningful processes.  
 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Bachelors degree  

● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience  

● Required Technical Skills: HL7 FHIR API.  CMS rules exposure or prior experience supporting Medicaid programs 
● Security Clearance Level: None, but a background check is required 
● Required Skills and Abilities: This role is client facing. You must be comfortable driving meetings and presenting your ideas. 

● Preferred Skills: Bonus if you have AWS, Mark logic, or Dynatrace experience. Cloverleaf Integration Suite experience is strongly preferred.  

● Location: Remote with client visits. Less than 10% travel is expected.

The likely salary range for this position is $110,614 - $140,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
