We specialize in the design and fabrication of fiber optic and electrical tools, tool kits, and custom cable assemblies. Our field services division also performs on-site termination, splicing, troubleshooting and testing support, and our training division provides hands-on training and certification programs. We are looking for a Fiber Optic Program Manager at our home office, located in Norfolk, VA.

Duties:

-Identify and prospect potential clients, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key vendor partners, and identify upselling opportunities

- Support the negotiation and closing of major sales deals and partnerships

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as inside sales, product development, and operations to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to potential clients

- Stay updated on industry developments, competitors' activities, and market trends

- Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to network and generate new leads

- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team

- Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving market dynamics to suggest opportunities for innovation and gaining a competitive advantage
