Responsibilities As a Fiber Splicing Supervisor, you will support a team of Fiber Splicers in the upgrade of existing plants, plant extensions, and new build construction. In addition, you will: Oversee multiple splicing crews, give direction, and QC their Jobsite activities Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction and Splicing Assist crews and offer educated and creative solutions to troubleshooting Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects Document productivity, needed resources, etc. Qualifications About You: Safety is a value you live by You have 3+ years of Fiber Splicing experience Have a strong background in Aerial work Have experience with 288 count fiber and below You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps., Excel, and the ability to learn custom software Ability to work M-F 7am - 4pm + Overnight cut-overs as needed Hard work pays off.
