Field Administrator

We are looking for Field Administrators to support construction projects on the Military Base at Camp Lejeune North Carolina. This position provides a wide variety of skilled administrative and compliance support to multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities involve exposure to sensitive information and require considerable use of diplomacy, excellent communication, customer service, discretion and judgment. This position processes certified payroll, processes base access requests, requisition of tier insurance, manages project vendors, onsite facility management, coordinates meetings; prepares agendas and meeting minutes, and maintains project document control. \n

Competitive Salary DOE $20.00 - 24.00 per hour\n

Comprehensive benefit plan, 401K, Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay\n\nTwo or more years in an administrative role.\nComputer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.\nSpecific software literacy (ACC) preferred.\nAccounting or Certified payroll experience preferred.\nProject Document Control and Filing\nConstruction Industry experience desirable\n\n
