We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market. We are seeking a qualified Field Administrator candidate to join our team for a project located at Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Competitive pay $16-17ph DOE This position provides a wide variety of skilled administrative and compliance support to multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities involve exposure to sensitive information and require considerable use of diplomacy, excellent communication, customer service, discretion and judgment. This position processes certified payroll, processes base access requests, requisition of tier insurance, manages project vendors, onsite facility management, coordinates meetings; prepares agendas and meeting minutes, and maintains project document control. + Two or more years in an administrative role. + Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) required. + Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required. + Specific software literacy (Viewpoint) preferred. + Accounting or Certified payroll experience preferred. + Construction Industry experience desirable COMPANY PROFILE: RQC, LLC is a full service contracting and design firm that specializes in Design/Build projects for both public and private clients, with a primary focus on the Department of Defense.
