We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Field Application Engineer to join a leading Company located in the La Verne, CA surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $75,000 to $90,000
Job Responsibilities: Engage with customers, internal product development, and sales teams. Lead the technical aspects during the product development of new projects in the sales cycle. Provide a technical sales perspective to support development and implementation, and communicate with the R&D team at headquarters. Prepare materials and participate in product presentations, including the action item tracker. Build relationships and offer customer support by providing information related to quality issues. Work closely with the sales team to support cross-strategies and propose products to customers. Drive the renewal of the technical tracker from the R&D and PM teams and update the customer. Global time zone conference calls and travel will be required.
Basic Hiring Criteria:Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or thermal engineering or similar. Experience with thermal solution products, including fans/blowers, cold plates, liquid cooling, passive systems, and electromechanical components. A minimum of two years of proven experience providing technical sales support throughout product development. Experience in cloud servers, data centers, or new energy OEM industries is preferred. Knowledge of international business is essential practice.Ability to effectively communicate between engineering and sales departments within a business. Ability to work independently with strong organizational and presentation skills. Self-motivated and driven to identify problems and find solutions. Strong oral and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and customers. Proficient in CAD software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
