Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in networking, field application, and control & instrumentation as a technician (references required).
- BTech diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT Networking, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA development.
- Certifications: A+, N+, S+ (CompTIA IT N+); CCNA (CISCO) Layer 2/Layer 3.
- Advantageous Skills: C+, C++, Linux.
- Strong understanding of and experience with networking, Wi-Fi, IoT (LAN and WAN), switching, VLANs, Fibre, and VPNs.
- Proven ability to design, support, and implement IT infrastructure.
- Willingness to travel; must have own working vehicle.
- Valid South African ID/VISA and passport.
