Position Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for customer technical support for on-going projects. You will be working with Samsung Processors & Companion devices for Automotive Business which are leaders in the Automotive industry. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, as this position will have direct contact with customers.Role and Responsibilities
Conduct technical meetings with customers in order to promote new products and address technical issuesConduct technical meetings with customers along with customers' Way of WorkingDeliver product roadmaps, features, and value propositions to customersTrack projects and anticipate customer's requestsIdentify and communicate current and future customer needs and customers technical requirementsDrive development and quality teams to fulfil customers' requirementsProvide technical supports throughout the product lifecycle from promotion phase to the end of productionResponsible for testing, debugging, delivering, guiding, documenting on SW deliverablesSoftware deliverables are device drivers or libraries in bootloader, Hypervisor, QNX, Linux, Android, and mostly in C programming languageTechnical support can be remote support or on-site support at customers' locationsWork closely with other HW/SW FAEs, with marketing team and with engineering team from all over the world in resolving customer issuesConduct training of sales and marketing employees (product; technology; process; packaging; systems)Skills and Qualifications
Master of Science degree or equivalent in electronics, physics or related areas5 to 10 years of technical experience in semiconductor. Ideally in SoC SW development or SoC customer supportsExperience in embedded system, C language, device driver or middleware in Linux/AndroidExperience with Automotive Hardware and board bring up activityExperience in Bootloader, QNX, Yocto, C++, Python and Java is a strong plusExperience in Agile process, DevOps, CI/CD is a strong plusSelf-starter with ability to work under minimum supervisionAssertive, determined, flexible and creative personalityStrong customer orientationAbility to work in a multi-cultural environmentPersuasive and professional presentation skillsVery good communication skills and ability to negotiate at all levelsVery good written and spoken English – additional languages are a plusExperience in Automotive Semiconductor business is a strong plusWhat We Offer
