A day in the Life
• Provide in-house and on-site scientific application support and training.
• Present seminars to diverse audiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Keys to Success
Deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate a high-reaching attitude towards continuous learning, and successfully conduct new products and applications.
Education
• PhD. / MS. in a scientific field, preferably in Life Sciences or a related area of study.
Experience
• At least 3 years of experience working with Flow Cytometry, Imaging/Microscope, and Plate readers.
• Experience with Sample Preparation and Cell Therapy systems is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to resolve and address customer needs effectively.
• Technical proficiency with scientific instruments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively handle multiple tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are handled swiftly and professionally.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
The role may require travel and the ability to lift and move equipment. The work environment is both office-based and on-site at customer locations.
