Job Description
在产品设计、开发和测试阶段，为客户提供技术支持。

Provide technical support to customers during product design, development, and testing.

协助客户集成瑞萨产品并了解产品规格。

Assist customers in integrating Renesas products and understanding specifications.

与销售团队合作，识别客户需求并提供技术解决方案。

Collaborate with sales teams to identify needs and offer technical solutions.

进行技术演示、培训和产品展示。

Conduct technical presentations, training, and demonstrations.

作为技术联络人，将客户反馈传达给内部团队。

Act as a technical liaison, relaying feedback to internal teams.

分析和解决客户应用中的问题，与客户保持良好关系。

Troubleshoot customer applications and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications
研究生或以上学历，电子工程、自动化，计算机，电力电子相关专业。

Master's degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Power electronics and related field.

优秀的沟通能力和人际交往技巧，能够有效与客户建立长期合作关系。

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively establish long-term partnerships with clients.

具备一定的市场洞察力和较强逻辑分析能力，能够收集客户需求并提供解决方案。

Possesses market insight and strong logical analysis skills, enabling the collection of client needs and the provision of solutions.

目标导向，具备良好的自我管理能力，和学习能力。

Goal-oriented with strong self-management and learning abilities.

具备良好的英文听说读写能力。

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill.
