This Field Chemist position will be stationed at our customer site in Inwood, WV - south of Martinsburg in the lower Shenandoah Valley. \n
About the position:\n
Responsibilities include completing fieldwork that requires segregating, packing, labeling and manifesting waste for shipment and disposal. Solid customer service skills are a must.\n
Requirements:\n\nCollege Degree in Chemistry or a related science\nAbility to lead a field crew to segregate, pack, label and manifest hazardous waste for disposal at HTS and other sites\nStrong organizational and communication skills\nAdvanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and Access\nFlexible work schedule including weekends and off shift work\nExceptional customer service skills\nMust be able to pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug screen\n\n
Minimum Education:\n\nCollege Degree in Chemistry or a related science\n\n
Responsibilities include:\n\nTruck driving, waste pick-ups and leading field service jobs. \nFieldwork that requires segregating, packing, labeling and manifesting waste for shipment and disposal. \nWork with Account Reps to prepare disposal quotes.\nWork with customers to resolve loose and lab pack discrepancies.\nMaintain lab and loose pack databases and hard copy files.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n
