**Job Title: Field Clerk**
**Job Description**
The field clerk will act as an administrative assistant to the project manager. This role involves completing daily paperwork, storing information, handling safety meeting forms, and tracking and updating various spreadsheets.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete daily paperwork and store information accurately
+ Handle and manage safety meeting forms
+ Track and update various spreadsheets
+ Assist with data entry tasks
+ Support the onboarding process
+ Scan and manage construction documentation
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in data entry
+ Experience with onboarding processes
+ Ability to scan and manage documents
+ Prior administrative experience
+ Knowledge of construction documentation practices
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous administrative experience in the construction industry is a plus

**Work Environment**
The role is based on an active construction job site. The shift is 5 days of 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday for local workers, and a 10-days on, 4-days off schedule for travelers.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Derwent, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
