We are seeking an experienced Field Construction Manager to lead multi-discipline industrial projects with budgets up to $30M. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who excels in project execution, safety management, and team coordination to deliver high-quality results.
ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of construction, including safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance.Manage field crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with industry codes and best practices.Act as the primary client contact in the absence of the Project Manager.Conduct constructability reviews, safety audits, and quality assurance processes.Develop and implement site-specific plans for safety, quality, and productivity.Qualifications and Requirements10+ years of construction experience, with a history of success as a Senior Project Engineer or Superintendent.Proven ability to manage large crews (up to 100 personnel) and complex projects.Strong knowledge of industry codes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred).Excellent communication and leadership skills to build rapport with teams and clients.Benefits and Perks$150k–$190k base salary plus living expenses reimbusementMedical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid holidays and opportunities for professional growth.Your New Organization
