Field Consultant for Houston, TX Field Operations Full-Time Houston, TX Apply Now Apply Now Job Summary Field Consultant support the initial and continued growth of our home care offices nationwide through regular meetings with Operating Directors. They assist in holding Operating Directors accountable for company metrics while training them on systems, marketing best practices, client assessments, caregiver hiring, and ensuring efficient office setup. They support Operating Directors in increasing billable hours, expanding the referral network, and growing the caregiver pool. Qualifications and Skills + Strong and efficient communication skills are required. + Must be skilled in technology to learn and train on CRMs, phone systems, and scheduling systems. + Preferred experience in home care, hospice, home health, or senior living communities. + Teachable, fast learner.
