Job Summary

The headquarters warehouse in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Field Coordinator that will be responsible for supporting the field by serving as the single point of contact for all tool requests. This role with be involved with field operations by managing the day-to-day orders and toolroom needs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Monitor Vendor pricing and availability. Maintain emailed orders from the field. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while balancing field and office needs. Establish a solid working relationship with all vendors. Help warehouse/tool room when in need. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Maintain toolroom inventory orders from vendors.

Qualifications

2+ years’ tool knowledge Knowledge and understanding of various types of construction equipment a plus. Proficiency in computer usage above basic Microsoft Office and Windows skills. Experience with AS400/Trueline or DOS based accounting system a plus. Proven experience in multi-tasking, customer service and serving a reactive work environment a must. Must possess strong organizational skills. Professionalism in all interpersonal communication in written and verbal form. Working hours minimum 6:30am – 4:00pm (Monday – Friday) Some weekend and weeknight calls. (Not all the time)
