What You’ll do
As a Field Customer Benefits Trainer, you will mentor and train store associates to pursue customers in a friendly and efficient manner regarding our Customer Benefit Programs. Benefit programs consist of the Rural King Visa Card, Rural King Plus Protection Plan, Rural King Firearms Protection Plan, Rural King Rewards Program, Power Equipment Financing, Customer Service, and other programs dictated by the business. In addition, the trainer will learn the systems used in the programs, audit store compliance with the programs, analyze data, drive performance of the programs, coach store management on establishing action and accountability plans, and build relationships with store associates to improve your ability to change behaviors through 1-on-1 and group interactions.
Execute action plans with store leaders and associates, focusing on integrating customer benefits into store culture, driving increased sales, penetration, and application to transaction ratio.Drive growth through influencing, engaging, and training store leadership and associates.Analyze local and territory performance trends utilizing all reporting data and ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and implement action plans to ensure goals are achieved.Develop and maintain strong relationships with store leadership, Customer Experience Specialist and with benefit partners resolving issues as necessary.Attend meetings at store support center, stores, and with benefit partners when necessary.Develop and maintain training tools to be utilized within stores either in person or virtually.Provide internal and external feedback on store trainings and developmental opportunities.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the RK culture and customer service by driving compliance within the benefit programs.Spend over 50% of time traveling stores.Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. May be required to cross train and perform other duties.Supervisory Responsibilities

Essential Qualities for SuccessAt least 1+ years of sales experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, Continuous Improvement. Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor individuals and groups. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Physical Requirements
Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically. Able to navigate and access all facilities.Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.Close vision for computer-related tasks.

The pay range for this position is $46,000 - $60,835 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
