Salary: $80-120k per year Responsibilities Assist in submittals, field work packages, compiling as-built data, verifying quantities, field safety and quality inspections. Perform procurement quantity takeoffs. Daily reports in construction management software. Assist with compilation of necessary information for all submittals and coordinate with Document Control to ensure proper documentation. Assist with coordination of material deliveries. Assist with field verifications, inspections, and measurements. Work closely with document control and field personnel to ensure they have latest drawings and installation documents. Assist with cost coding. Review and understand the redline/as-built process. Attend necessary briefings and safety meetings as required. Attain necessary job specific training. Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Mastec’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Pursuing a degree or recent graduate in related field. Must be flexible in working in both office and field environment as needed. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with a team Must have strong organization skills Must be highly motivated.
