Required Skills & Experience Experience with multi-platform Windows O/S Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to lift 70 lbs. of computer equipment ad work on ladders for extended periods Willingness to travel up to 80-85% of the time Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Administration Certifications: CompTIA (A+, Network +, Server+, Security+), MCITP, CCNA Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Familiarity with ITSM Ticketing Tools (e.g., ServiceNow) What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown 40% Windows Server and Desktop OS configuration 30% Proprietary software applications 30% Networking and security implementations Daily Responsibilities 60% Hands-On installations and troubleshooting 20% Client communication and relationship management 20% Collaboration with internal teams
