CMC's Tensar Division is searching for a Field Engineer for the Central US (AR, OK, MO, KS) to promote Tensar Engineered Solutions to contractors, consultants, and public agencies. The Field Engineer will be responsible for project site support before, during, and after construction assisting end-users of Tensar products with technical support and coordination.

What You'll Do Represent Tensar Engineered Solutions on assigned jobsites during installation and ensure installation is being performed as designed Attend pre-construction and progress meetings with all project stakeholders Conduct post-construction interviews with key stakeholders to ensure original design objectives are met and performing as expected Document progress, submit daily progress reports, collect and submit feedback to Area Engineer and Regional Sales Manager Provide project site assessment using dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP) and/or other methods to provide data for Tensar solutions Assist Area Engineer with technical support for the sales team including using design software, writing reports and submittals What You'll Need Minimum 2 years experience as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager or Field Technician Ability to travel to US-based company locations up to 75% of the time Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business and work with all levels in the organization Must have a strong leadership ability to focus, prioritize, and match skills to tasks Highly-motivated and energetic self-starter; well-equipped to motivate and inspire others Your Education Technology or Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited engineering college or university Bachelors Degree in one of the following: Construction Management, engineering, and/or related field a plus Certificate of Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) Preferred
