Job Description

This firm is looking for a Construction Estimator/Field Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both estimating and fieldwork, with the ability to perform takeoffs and manage projects from start to finish. This position offers an opportunity to work on commercial construction projects in the Cincinnati, OH area.

ResponsibilitiesAssist the Preconstruction team with estimating on commercial construction projects.Perform takeoffs for projects.Manage projects from start-up to close-out.Utilize prior field experience to enhance project outcomes.Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.Essential SkillsExperience in estimation and construction management.Open to candidates from a specialty contractorProficiency in construction estimating and commercial construction.Project management skills.Field experience in commercial construction.2-10 years of relevant experience.Work Environment

This position is on-site in Cincinnati, OH. The firm is mid-sized, focusing on local projects and fostering a connected team with a shared vision for success. This role offers the opportunity to expand skills both in the field and within estimating.

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08
