The Field Engineer will provide 24/7 on-call support and assist with installation, maintenance, and optimization of LRF systems. **Your Office is the World: 100% Travel Role:** If you thrive in a dynamic environment and prefer the open road to a desk, this 100% travel position is for you. You will be responsible for LRF facilities in the Southeast Region. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support and maintain LRF systems, including DISH, HVAC, and UPS equipment + Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting LRF systems and service offerings + Work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure proper system performance + Maintain accurate As-Built records, including RF levels, site inventories, and equipment details + Provide on-call support and manage equipment shipments and deliveries + Evaluate LRF colocation facilities for cost-effective and efficient solutions + Monitor RF signals and document data, maintaining records in the core repository + Develop and manage system changes, documentation, and projects + Drive self-development and support overall team goals + Maintain financial awareness regarding capital expenditures and resource utilization **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + BA/BS preferred + 5 years in Television Engineering, Cable TV Headend, or related field **Skills and Qualifications:** + RF collection and processing experience + Familiarity with television reception, network cabling, and basic IP networking + Knowledge of electrical theory and grounding practices + Proficiency with test equipment (DVMM, signal meters) + Basic PC and networking skills + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Visa sponsorship not available for this role **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
