Direct F16 STP Site Management activities as assigned by the F16 STP CLS Manager including, inputs to Engineering and Contract Change Proposals, Statements of Work, Task Descriptions and operating budgets, development of site work instructions, and monthly reports required by the contract, maintenance of Technical Manuals and Drawings libraries in support of the F16 STP programAssist the F16 STP CLS Manager with handling the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the F16 STP programFunction as the company's F16 STP representative to interface with the Government Project Officer and Quality Assurance RepresentativePerform all required tasks as the designated alternate contractor program security officer (ACPSO)Monitor the adherence to program plans, work instructions, and assigned personnel training plansIdentify site issues/risks, define solutions, and direct resources as approved by the F16 STP CLS ManagerProvide technical support in the operation and maintenance of the F16 STP training devices and their associated equipmentPerform a variety of duties in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or optical areas in support of F16 STP Training Devices.Includes, but is not limited to, scheduling of maintenance activities, performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as managing spares and tracking inventoryPerform telephone reach-back support to the Engineering support office in Arlington, TX as requiredAssist with installation and check-out of simulator and support equipment modificationsAssist with general field site facility activities as requiredWork from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructionsApply comprehensive knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documentsPerform other related duties as required by Sr. Management or Program ManagementQualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or a two-year electronic technician resident course at an accredited technical institute and/or 6+ years' electronics maintenance experience on equipment of similar complexity.Must have at least 6 years' experience and have demonstrated competence by satisfactory progressive performance in electronic maintenance on simulation systems of comparable complexity to those supported on this program. This position requires experience in large-scale integrated multi-computer systems, video generation and display systems, large-scale complex digital interfaces, high density cable/plug repair, software maintenance, and comprehensive troubleshooting and repair of general training device peripheral systems. At least 6 years' maintenance experience in all major simulation areas, systems, and subsystems of the devices represented in the contract to be supported.Must be a US citizen and fluent in English.Must currently possess a secret clearance that is in-scope and/or under Continuous EvaluationSecurity Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Must be able to walk and/or climb stairs and ladder into a simulator or airplane cockpit. Must be able to stoop, bend, and crawl on top of or under the device. Must be able to detect odors or hear noises, bangs, etc., or other sounds to detect problems or flaws in the functioning of simulators and its surrounding environment.Must be able to distinguish colors.Shop floor environment. Will be working in areas w/ risk of electrical shock from electronically moving mechanical parts.Will at times be exposed to the following conditions: extreme heat, airborne particles, loud noises.Other Duties
