Responsibilities:
Reports directly to Director Marketing Events Works with Director Marketing Events to determine all show commitments and contracts Works closely with Director Marketing Events for guidance as neededMeets weekly with Director Marketing Events to deliver updates and status, roadblocksTrack, plan and drive all meetings + deliverables for US AI eventsDevelops planning decks and sets meetings for teamWorks with Marketing Dept on workflow/deliverables (Advertising, Media, Product, Demand)Tracks and reports all invoices and budgetTracks and orders all merchandise for eventsTracks all sales meetings Event budget reconciliationPost-mortem lead after event Pros/ConsImprovements/WinsROI reporting
Qualifications:
2 years’ experience event leadership within trade show events, North America AI/HPC landscape Proven ROI within event leadershipExcellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skillsExcellent work ethic, logistical + creative thinking, budgeting skills 2 years remote work experience within a team required1+ years project lead experience a plus1+ year sales experience a plusLocation: North America, Fully RemoteRole:
