**Field Foreman** **Job Description** The Ground Protection Division is seeking a dedicated Field Service Foreman. You will be responsible for managing and working with a team of 1-2 locally and potentially up to 10 on a job site. Your primary duty will be pulling industrial ground mats to place at job sites to allow tractors and other heavy equipment access to their job sites. **Responsibilities** + Manage and work with a team of 1-2 locally and up to 10 on job sites. + Pull and place industrial ground mats at job sites. + Ensure tractors and heavy equipment have access to job sites. + Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers and loaders. + Supervise construction and installation activities. + Read and interpret blueprints. **Essential Skills** + Heavy equipment operation + Skid steer operation + Construction supervision + Blueprint reading and interpretation + General labor skills + Management skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in ground protection preferred but not required. + Clean DMV record and Commercial Driver's License are a plus. + Experience with skid steers and/or loaders (3-yard loader). + Experience with reach forks for pulling orders on job sites. **Why Work Here?** This is a fantastic opportunity for growth in a newer business segment. The territory covered is extensive, ranging from Fresno to Canada and over to Colorado. **Work Environment** The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some weekends and nights required.
