Field Insights & Performance Associate
Position purpose:
The Field Insights & Performance Associate will help turn data into useful insights to improve the sales team’s performance and support decision-making. By using digital tools and analyzing data, this role ensures smooth processes and clear reporting to guide business strategies. Working closely with the Digital Team and other departments, the Associate will focus on tracking performance, improving KPIs, and providing practical recommendations. This position combines technical and analytical skills to support a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
What will you do – responsibilities:
Regular reporting of sales force KPIs and the causes of possible deviations; projection of trends and preparation of recommendations. Use of digital analysis tools, creation of reports and dashboards. Supporting the Field Insights, Performance & Digital Manager in the development of regionally specific analyses and making presentations on results, regular reporting with the objective of increasing the autonomy of the teams. Supporting the Department in the analysis and conversion of data into relevant information to assist in decision making and therefore must have the ability to transform data into actionable knowledge. Support to the Digital team in database maintenance, including integration of new data sources, data validation, Data Flows, Power Automate and incident resolution (CRM).
