**Field Integrated Marketing Manager, Modern Work India SA CMO Asia** In FY24 the Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) Asia regional team was established with the objective of engineering scale and consistency in areas including Solution Area Go To Market (GTM), Business & Sales Operations (BSO) and Central Marketing Organisation (CMO). The SE&O team is crucial for transforming Microsoft’s commercial strategy into a regional action plan and achieving operational excellence through the lens of ensuring consistency, agility, and accountability in Asia. Our team leads cross-functional analysis and execution excellence, activating strategy and priorities by speeding up the change process and enabling Microsoft to create business impact at scale. The Asia Central Marketing Organization (CMO) team inspires, acquires, and engages Microsoft customers by driving Connected Sales & Marketing for maximized business and societal impact. CMO accelerates the region's growth agenda through integrated marketing, experiential programs including events, and social & digital programs creating marketing signals that generate pipeline, accelerate deals for sales, and delight our customers creating MS brand love. CMO Asia is _one regional team_ with the following functions to enable our collective success: + _Field Integrated Marketing_ with deep market and customer expertise to inform plans and deliver impact in every OU. + _Commercial Solution Area (CSA) Integrated Marketing_ with deep alignment to mainstream plays and regional scope. + Experienced _marketing leaders in every OU (Operating Unit i.e. Area/Market)_ to represent and lead marketing end-to-end to the business. + _Regional Centres of Excellence_ for Experiential, Social, Data & Insights and Marketing Operations delivering deep domain expertise. **Responsibilities** **Field Integrated Marketing Manager for Modern Work, India SA** As the Field Integrated Marketing Manager for Modern Work in India SA, you will be responsible for the integrated marketing for Modern Work solution plays (including Copilot and M365), segments, and target audiences for India SA. You will also be responsible for bringing together the area marketing plans aligned with Area priorities that drive connected sales and marketing outcomes. This includes delivering marketing data, insights, and recommendations that drive business impact and seller action. Additionally, you will focus on driving engagement with key stakeholders, ensuring that Modern Work's value proposition is effectively communicated and understood. The role is a key connector for CMO into the Area stakeholders and back into the CMO LT and marketers, landing insights to Areas on CMO and providing feedback from Area stakeholders on CMO strategy and plans to meet Area business priorities. **Responsibilities** + **Marketing Execution Excellence** - Execute marketing programs with excellence for Modern Work to deliver impact across India SA. Collaborate across the organization, leading OU v-teams to deliver plans against defined outcomes. + **Integrated Marketing Planning** – Owns and develops the Modern Work marketing plan for India SA that drives connected sales and marketing outcomes for the Area as part of the yearly and half-yearly planning cycle. Has a deep understanding of the Area marketing plans – the strategy, campaigns, and tactics, and can articulate the plan to Area stakeholders with a high level of marketing expertise and confidence. + **Data-Driven Decision Making** – You lead with data & insights to drive a high-performance marketing culture to enable connected sales and marketing outcomes. You evangelize the marketing impact in India SA and provide recommendations back to the CSA IMM team for improvement. You inspire sellers and leaders to take action on marketing signals and marketing data to build and progress the pipeline. + **Area Marketing Performance & Impact** – Owns the Area marketing impact/performance program of work. Delivers marketing data, insights, and recommendations (i.e., marketing signals) that drive business impact to Area leaders and sellers. Is able to articulate how marketing signals impact pipeline creation and progression. Has the data acumen/ability to work in dashboards and tools. + **Modern Marketing SME** – Has a deep understanding and level of knowledge on modern marketing at Microsoft. Can articulate this to Area stakeholders and help coach Area CMO teams to deliver the modern marketing narrative and strategy as it pertains to the Global Demand Centre engines and how global, regional, and local programs all come together to nurture customers and audiences within our managed accounts. Acts as an SME in the Area on modern marketing and can help coach others. + **Drive the Area CMO culture** – Play a leading role in creating a sense of community for marketers in each Area, supporting learning and connection, inclusivity, and strong engagement with CMO marketers and managers. + **Area Marketing Compliance Ambassadors** – Supports the marketers in the Area on Compliance and represents the Area as the CMO Compliance ambassador, advocating for compliant marketing spend practices when it comes to POs, invoices, accruals, vendor management, etc. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + 10+ years marketing operations and/or integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience OR equivalent experience. + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field **Preferred Qualifications:** + 15+ years B2B marketing in large complex ICT organizations. Deep experience in modern marketing (i.e. campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management as well as marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis) + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field + People management or vendor/agency management experience preferred given the nature of senior stakeholder engagement.
