Job Description
Position Purpose :The purpose of this position is to monitor and review the Asset management operations and provide support to the CHEP business. The position involves administration support, reporting and analysis of key reports and business support to achieve targets on audit completion and asset control tasks. All support activities are adhered to in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Major/Key Accountabilities:
Management of the Field Intelligence team by Conducting team meetings to manage communication processes within team. Monitor and managing staff and be responsible for the HR administrative functions relating to direct reports i.e. annual performance reviewed, talent management reviews, leave, sick leave etc.). Recruiting and training of the team. Participating in projects for ongoing improvements in processes, procedures and controls.Monitoring and reporting of the customer audit process with local audit FSEs for pallet businesses by analyse the results of audit to ensure it is correctly entered, reporting on the audit results to management, define and share key findings actions for improvement of results with teams. Informing the business of the updates and enhancements in the Salesforces process.Responsible for the database management by reviewing key reports to ensure the accuracy of data, reviewing and updating the data based on feedback from Field and commercial team.Providing key reports to track the flow and stock balances for customers regularly that define high risk customers and work with relevant teams to take appropriate actions.Monitoring and updating of the customer master data. Lead and participate in master data projects with the responsible teams to monitor master data against the currently used data in various business processes to identify the gaps, discrepancies and opportunities to further improve quality of data base accuracy.Provide training and support to the business by creating and understanding the use of data from different CHEP systems to improve and distribute reports, analyse performance indicators regularly, define appropriate action and track the development of each performance indicators.Building a communication bridge between other departments in order to sustain business in a more efficient and understanding way.Manage and execute new projects that support CHEP growth and result in cost saving i.e. localization projects.Skills and Knowledge
