As a construction field laborer, you will be responsible for working on various construction projects, performing tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and site clean up. You will also assist in providing traffic control within work zones year round. **Responsibilities:** -Perform general maintenance tasks on construction sites, including cleaning and organizing work areas, and load/unload materials and equipment from trucks communicating with contractors on job site -Conducting daily traffic plans -Setup and tear down of appropriate Workzone equipment -Responsible for personal safety, and safety of contractors, co-workers and general public. -Must be able to follow training and uphold safety protocols. -Aware and vigilant of surroundings to spot safety hazards. -Must be able to work under pressure and react to potential danger in an urgent manner. -Clear and professional communication with contractors, co-workers and general public. **Starting Pay Rate: $16- $22/hr (dependent on experience)** ****Apply now to schedule an immediate interview!** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
