Field Machinery Installations Engineer

**Job Summary:**
Join our Installations & Commissioning team to oversee equipment installation, ensure quality, and provide on-site support. Coordinate with departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure the successful installation and startup of machinery. Provide troubleshooting assistance, align equipment, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee equipment installation to engineering specifications.
+ Liaise with customers during installation and startup phases.
+ Manage contractors and resolve issues with support from engineers and suppliers.
+ Provide technical assistance and training to operators and maintenance staff.
+ Perform mechanical quality assurance and align motor couplings, belts, and other mechanical systems.
+ Update drawings to "as built" standards and submit service reports.
+ Assist with troubleshooting and servicing equipment.
+ Perform field checks and offer feedback for equipment manuals.
**Requirements:**
+ Degree/certification in engineering technology or related field; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
+ Minimum 4 years of engineering experience, with 2-4 years in servicing converting equipment preferred.
+ Ability to read mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
+ Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
+ 80% domestic and international travel required (valid passport needed).
+ Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 management systems is a plus.
**Skills:**
+ Hands-on, self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to plan, schedule, and manage daily activities.
+ Experience with optical alignment and equipment installation troubleshooting.
**Travel:** 80% (Domestic & International)

**Pay Details:** $66,560.00 to $87,360.00 per year
