2025 OUTAGE WORK
Contract Field Machinist positions to support outage work at various sites.

Training is done at Westinghouse Manning,South Carolina

 

A minimum of two (2) years documented work experience with field machining Demonstrated use of portable: drilling, boring, turning, grinding operations as a minimum. CNC operated equipment preferred Three (3) years of work experience in a machine shop maybe substituted providing that verification demonstrates the set up and use of lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and precision grinding Five (5) years of verifiable work experience in the trade (Millwright or Pipe fitter) may also be substituted Have strong mechanical aptitude, and experience with precision measuring instruments Ability to read drawings, reference manuals, and assembly instruction guides Shift work, including overtime, may be required (am/pm) Personnel must pass training and be qualified to be assigned to the project Valid passport  Required to successfully complete background check, drug and alcohol screenings Observe and adhere to the appropriate industrial safety and health programs This is a contract opportunity
