We are looking for a Field Market Access Partner Poland who is eager to join us in our Market Access team, based office in Warsaw, Poland.

 

About the role

As a Field Market Access Partner, you will support the introduction of new products to the hospital market and optimize patient access at a regional level for UCB’s prioritized products in immunology, neurology, and RDO.

You will ensure patient access and affordability, establish and maintain relationships with key hospitals, and identify opportunities for new collaborations. Your focus will be on securing access to UCB’s products, eliminating regional access hurdles, and optimizing drug formula recommendations and treatment guidelines.

Additionally, you will support market access processes and reimbursement applications.

 

What you’ll do

Identify key stakeholders at sub-national and hospital/center levels.Establish and maintain relationships with key hospitals to identify needs, trends, and opportunities for collaboration.Cooperate with hospitals by monitoring tenders and public procurement and maintaining regular communication with superiors and internal business partners.Support the introduction of new products to the hospital market.Ensure UCB product presence in hospitals through collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service departments.Monitor the public procurement market for UCB products and support distributors in tenders.Search for and create new solutions to improve distribution channels and increase product availability.Conduct business and market analyses for UCB products and relevant therapeutic areas.Provide business and market information and analyses regarding the hospital market.Establish and maintain contacts with regional branches of the National Health Fund to educate public payers about unmet clinical and therapeutic needs.Support reimbursement applications by collecting necessary data and documentation.

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

Master's Degree (preferably in pharmacy, medicine, public administration, economics, or related).Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Polish healthcare market dynamics, policy, price, and access pathways, including its processes and key stakeholders.Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company with proven at least 3 years’ experience in a Field Market Access role.Solid understanding of local healthcare policy, NHF regulations, Reimbursement Law and Pharmaceutical Law.Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach with a creative mindset, capable of driving projects to successful completion.Excel as a collaborative partner, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.Goal-oriented with effective prioritization abilities, demonstrate ability to work in a cross functional way (with medical, marketing, sales & regulatory), problem solving.Ability to understand the organization's strategy and apply to product pricing strategies with excellent knowledge of NHF regulations and healthcare process for hospital funding.Manage workload to meet critical deadlines under challenging time constraints.Scientific Knowledge.Strong Excel, Power Point, Work Skills. Familiar with databases.Languages: English and Polish.
