Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a Field Marketer for one of our top credit union clients. The Field Marketer will implement and manage field marketing activities to increase new members, improve cross-selling, and deepen existing member relationships. This person will be responsible for creating a consistent approach to field marketing activities, overseeing the execution of field marketing responsibilities to deliver results. Job Responsibilities:  Define and coordinate execution of the comprehensive marketing plan according to an allocated budget and ensure resourcing prioritization to deliver the plan  Align the marketing plan for the respective market to the Credit Unions 3-year strategic plan, prioritizing marketing activities that help drive the strategic imperatives for the Credit Union  Generate and maintain target market segmentation to understand the evolving demographics within the geographic footprint of the market  Leverage data and analytics to identify market opportunities to further penetrate and grow market share across retail and business banking  Identify community activities where the Credit Union should maintain a presence to uphold  Engage with the broader Marketing team partners with business development and sales teams and assist these teams in identifying the relevant opportunities for growth and drives the marketing activities to promote their products and services to external audiences in support of business development activities Compensation: $85-95K annually Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
