Field Marketing Coordinator

Team & Position Details:  

The Field Marketing Coordinator will primarily assist in the planning, execution, and administration of Virtru’s participation in various events. This role will involve significant administrative tasks to ensure smooth event execution, but also offers the opportunity for growth into strategic event planning and coordination with other areas of the marketing team to include, demand generation, branding and content, and PR. 

Administrative Support:

Assist in event logistics, including webinar set up, venue sourcing, catering, A/V requirements, etc. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and sponsors to ensure smooth execution of events Update and maintain confluence event calendar Assist in on-site event setup and teardown (for local events, as needed)  Handle shipping and tracking of event materials Support the production of post-event reports and analysis

Strategic Support:

Assist in identifying opportunities for webinars, event sponsorship, speaking engagements, and other visibility efforts Work with content and branding to support social media and email marketing campaigns to promote events Contribute to the development and design of marketing materials and swag Assist in analyzing the success of events in meeting marketing and sales objectives

Skills that will help you thrive in this role: 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field Experience in marketing or event planning Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once Use of Jira and Confluence to manage tasking for events and webinars; use GoldCast for the webinar platform – experience not required, but a bonus if you have it!  Willingness to travel as needed
