Veeva is seeking a Director of Marketing Programs/Field Marketing for Emerging Pharma. If you are smart, resourceful, results-driven, strive for excellence, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be a great role for you.What You'll DoOwn integrated marketing strategy for commercial cloud for emerging pharma and biotechs - partner closely with Sales and Strategy on objectives and themesCreate integrated marketing programs and communications that speak directly to the interests, and address the needs of key target buyers and influencers within emerging pharma accountsCreate awareness, nurture and educate key contacts within target accounts to drive more pipeline and accelerate sales opportunitiesDesign & execute 1:Few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiativesTrack, analyze, and optimize emerging pharma programs and ABM initiativesIdentify and act on opportunities to improve programs and ABM effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processesWork cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Enablement, Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative Services/Digital, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure optimal orchestration and effectiveness of marketing programsBuild and maintain a complete and accurate account and contact databaseRequirements10+ years of enterprise software marketing experienceExceptional communication, writing, and organizational skillsWell organized with very high attention to detailExpert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelSelf-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectationsProficient in delivering content via social media tools, including LinkedIn and TwitterWorking knowledge of Salesforce, and marketing automation platform experience (Pardot)Growth minded and a team player with a positive attitudeNice to HaveExperience in administration, project coordination, and marketing operationsExperience in a high growth software or technology companyPerks & BenefitsHealthy, free, provided lunches and snacks every dayAllocations for continuous learning & development Onsite gym with free fitness classes offered dailyFlexible PTO#LI-RemoteUS#BI-Remote
