Overview Smile Brands is a growing and dynamic dental support organization that provides exceptional service to dental practices across the country. We are seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager to support and execute a variety of marketing programs for 80 dental practices. You'll play an integral role in driving marketing initiatives, helping to increase patient flow, retain current patients and enhance overall practice performance. The Field Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the creative team to design and implement both online and offline marketing initiatives, coordinate events, manage promotions, and schedule wellness check-ins for the practices. This role is key to ensuring each office's marketing needs are met, driving patient acquisition and retention, and maintaining consistent branding and messaging across all locations. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for dental marketing and community engagement. This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days per week on-site at our corporate office in Schaumburg, IL, and 1 day working remotely. Additionally, the position involves minimal travel (approximately 10%) to our dental offices in the field. Schedule (days/hours) Monday - Friday Responsibilities Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate marketing events such as patient appreciation days, wellness check-ins, and community outreach programs for dental practices. Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with the creative team to design, implement, and monitor promotional campaigns (both online and offline) to increase patient flow and brand awareness for specific dental offices. Marketing Materials: Work with the creative team to produce and distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, social media content) that align with the marketing goals of each practice. Social Media Management: Schedule and post social media content to promote dental practices, services, and events. Monitor engagement and provide recommendations for improvement. Promotional Item Orders: Order and manage promotional items such as branded giveaways, office supplies, and patient gifts to enhance marketing efforts and patient experience. Practice Wellness Check-ins: Conduct periodic wellness check meetings with dental practices to assess marketing performance, gather feedback, and develop tailored plans for continued growth and success. Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the dental practices and internal teams (creative, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives and alignment with business goals. Reporting & Analysis: Track the success of marketing initiatives and provide regular updates on performance, highlighting areas of opportunity and growth. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of field marketing experience (preferably in the healthcare, dental, or service industries). Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build strong relationships with practice managers and staff. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to individual dental offices. Positive, enthusiastic, and driven with a can-do attitude. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team. Willingness to travel (approximately 10% of the time) to support practices and attend events or meetings.
