Having successfully expanded into multiple European markets, the company is now focused on strengthening its presence in the DACH region, particularly in Germany. They are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and lead generation in this strategic market.

Your Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in Germany. You will collaborate closely with the Country Manager and global marketing teams to develop and execute localized marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Marketing Campaigns

Develop and manage the marketing budget.

Plan and execute integrated campaigns throughout the fiscal year.

Define buyer journeys and implement effective marketing tactics.

Work with the Product Marketing Manager (DACH) to craft messaging and campaign themes.

Create and optimize SEO-driven content.

Monitor, adjust, and analyze campaign performance.

Collaborate with sales teams for lead scoring.

2. Web & Content Management

Work with global teams to localize website content and marketing assets.

3. Communication & Events

Collaborate with the global communications team to shape and execute a localized social media strategy.

Identify relevant industry events and oversee the company’s participation.

4. Data-Driven Learning & Optimization

Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to continuously refine marketing strategies.

Key Success Metrics

Your performance will be measured by:

Volume and quality of leads generated for the sales team.

Establishing and improving local KPI benchmarks.

Enhancing brand awareness and market preference in Germany.

Ideal Profile

Native German speaker & fluent in English (C2 level required).

5-7 years of experience in SaaS or HRIS marketing in Germany.

Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with experience in launching a foreign company in the German market.

Results-driven and highly organized, with a passion for learning and problem-solving.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across different cultures.

Case Study & Team Interview – Presentation and discussion with future colleagues (60 min).
