Field Marketing Manager - Spirits
Position Responsibilities:  Organize, manage, and communicate the supplier marketing event calendar to all key stakeholders to ensure alignment and preparedness Collaborate with supplier leadership and agencies to establish clear expectations and requirements for each marketing event Attend and oversee key marketing events across the California marketplace, ensuring adherence to brand standards and objectives Build and maintain relationships with key venue leaders, event managers, and community stakeholders to enhance brand presence and engagement Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all consumer interactions reflect Tito’s brand identity, values, and premium positioning Partner with the Tito’s team to conduct post-event analytics and reporting, measuring event impact, consumer engagement, and ROI for continuous improvement Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience Ability to life, push and pull up to 50lbs regularly as part of event setup, teardown, and product transportation Preferred Education and Experience:  Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
