We are seeking a creative and organized Promotions and Event Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of marketing events to enhance the university’s brand and engage with our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and a strong background in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of university events, including conferences, open houses, alumni gatherings, and promotional events.Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and university departments to ensure successful event execution.Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote events, utilizing various channels such as social media, email, and print.On-Site Event Management: Oversee all on-site event activities, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.Budget Management: Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather insights for future improvements.Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in event planning and marketing, preferably within an educational or non-profit setting.Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
