Responsibilities

This position reports to the Director of North American Field Marketing. Field Marketing  is a function within the North American Gaming Division that works closely with Sales and Casino Customers to successfully launch IGT products on casino floors.  

Our ideal Field Marketing Specialist candidate is an independent thinker with a customer-first mindset, and enjoys being part of a passionate, collaborative marketing team that delivers first-class customer service to internal and external customers in an industry that continuously advances and changes.  Responsible for building strong relationships across casino properties and aligned closely with Sales and other stakeholder groups that support the product lifecycle, this team member supports sales leadership throughout the sales cycle and IGT customers throughout the life cycle of IGT products on casino property floors.  

Having a customer-first mindset is imperative.  A crucial part of the job responsibility is building lasting relationships with customers. Developing relationships with casino marketing teams and encouraging operators to market IGT products through the casino partner’s B2B2C marketing channels is also an important part of the job. The ideal candidate will have a track record of executing successful and measurable B2B campaigns and the ability to bring forth creative, outside-of-the-box ideas that resonate with target audiences.

 

Responsibilities:

Work closely with assigned regional sales team to understand the market needs as well as sales needs to create a positive selling environment for IGT products Develop and execute regional marketing plans specific to company priorities, regional needs, sales goals and pre-defined budget Support sales by ensuring that team is armed with all available sales and promotional tools to launch IGT products in the field Oversee the execution of product launch campaigns on casino floors, and ideate complementary campaign elements customized to individual operators and their player base Assist with trade shows, campaigns and joint channel activities in support of product launches and the overall company priorities Manage assigned budget and identify opportunities to utilize available funding for maximum impact 
  Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

Familiarity of the gaming industry  BA in Marketing or related field with a minimum of 5 years marketing experience Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment utilizing the ability to prioritize while managing multiple projects  Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills  Ability to think through campaigns and projects strategically and methodically Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PPT and Excel, and comfortable presenting  Fiscally responsible and experienced in managing budgets effectively

This position will be based out of Las Vegas, NV with ability to travel up to 25%

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
