This is an in-office position at our office in New York City. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Working proactively and collaboratively every day with the Marketing Managers to support and grow business for Corcoran agents and amplify the Corcoran brand. + Developing expertise on Corcoran’s proprietary platforms, technology, and best practices to ensure agents are utilizing and integrating them into their marketing strategies. + Deep understanding of 360 marketing strategy and execution for property marketing and prospecting, including listing presentations, advertising, email marketing, social media, mailing campaigns and more. + Creating awareness of Corcoran brand campaigns and initiatives. + Maintaining consistent accurate records and project management notes. + Partnering with regional and interdepartmental teams on special projects to create global solutions and efficiencies to benefit the department. + Maintain a significant presence in the local sales offices presenting at meetings. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience. + 2+ years Marketing/Advertising experience, ideally within a real estate brokerage or progressive creative agency or firm + Real Estate license a plus + Customer service oriented by nature.
