The Opportunity

CSL Behring is looking for a passionate Field Medical Leader to join the Medical Affairs team at our Melbourne office.

In this field-based role, you will report to the Director of Medical Affairs – ANZ and ensure a strong Field Medical presence through development and maintenance of a best practice and professional team of Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSLs).

The Role

Lead field medical engagement with Thought Leaders and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).Manage the dissemination of scientific, clinical, and health economic information.Coordinate and evaluate information relevant to CSL Behring's products.Participate in projects addressing gaps and opportunities.Collaborate with key thought leaders and internal stakeholders.Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective deliverables.Contribute to data generation and dissemination.Oversee budget management and communicate variances.

Your Skills and Experience

Degree in nursing, pharmacy, or an advanced degree in science/medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD).6+ years of relevant industry experience as an MSL.3+ years of MSL management experience.Proven ability to lead and manage a team.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to travel up to 75%, including weekends.Experience in setting and monitoring MSL KPIs.Application of Medical Excellence frameworks for team development.
