About this Role

The Project Analyst will work with division management and field leadership to serve as a general team member for project support and ensure that projects are being completed safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. In this role, it will be essential to learn how the business runs, how changing circumstances are handled, and who to contact when there are questions. Critical for success are excellent oral and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in teams.

 

What You'll Do Work closely with the division, field, and project management to ensure successful delivery of the projectSupport daily, weekly and monthly meetings, as assigned, including meeting communication, documentation of the minutes, and tracking of the action itemsSetup, organize, update, and maintain electronic and printed files of project documents utilizing various systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and SharePoint; QuickBase; and othersUpdate field management on all project progress, forecast, and field personnel changesSupport field and project management with development and maintenance of production trackerHelp develop, submit, track, and maintain all project submittals and requests for information.Download, issue, and schedule work packages, as directedSupport project team with access coordinationAudit project documents for accuracy and program efficiencyConduct project close out activities.
