Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an experienced and talented Field Office Administrator! to join our team! In this role you will get to work with a team of Construction Inspectors, providing them administrative and organizational support.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate the work to be performed by 2-3construction inspectors.Planning the work for paving contractors, inspectors, monitoring, testing and reporting.Process and prepare packages for inspectors and contractorsCollect and review inspection results for paymentUpdate information in WASD applications and assist with administrative needs for the project.Compile and review reports and documents from inspectors.Assist processing results and prepare packages for payment.Monitor and track the progress of contractor’s work and assure all specifications, standards, plans, permitting, as well as all storm water pollution prevention measures associated with the project are conducted by Contractor.What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of experience in an administrative/financial capacity, including at least 3 years of lead/supervisory experience.Experience working with computersKnowledge of construction and/or construction contracts, and construction inspections.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.Proficient with MS Office Suite, E-Builder and ProlianceGood verbal, written and interpersonal skillsForeign language skills (Spanish) a plusMinimum Clearance Required to Start:
