What you will do –

As a Field Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers, including: order entry, picking, shipping, tracking, and usage. You will also be responsible for accurate inventory tracking and recording keeping, as well as optimizing warehouse inventory utilization.

Inspect products and keep record of damaged, defective, shortages of, movement of and expired products using computer systemsCheck inventory records to determine availability of requested productsCompile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulationsConfer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveriesInvestigate customer complaints and track service levels/problem solve any discrepancies.Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)Deliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return)

 

What you need –

Required

At least 2 years of professional experiencesHigh School diploma or GED/equivalentValid Driver’s license with good driving record Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed

Preferred

At least 2 years of experience with warehouse/inventory control, in a demanding and fast-paced environmentAssociates degree or additional education are a plus

Travel Percentage: 10%
