What you will do-

While representing Stryker you will be responsible for the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customersPrepare, ship, and receive products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnelCheck inventory records to determine availability of requested products. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations Responsible for kit inspections and process orders for productsWork with internal resources for alternative product sourcing (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)Maintain account records, signing, reporting, and filing/scanning documents. Cycle count activitiesSet up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery equipmentConfer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveriesCoordinate drivers and routes for shipmentsKeep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc. Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays; handling urgent requests and ensuring shipments are complete for delivery and processing returnsResponsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilizationCross-training with other positions within distribution to fulfill on-call rotation needs

  

What you need-

2+ years of experience - requiredWarehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding and fast-paced environment -preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent - requiredAssociates degree - preferredValid Driver’s license with good driving record - required Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs - required Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed - required Participate in on-call rotation schedule - required

Travel Percentage: 10%
