Field Operations Manager – Field Reporting (Working in San Diego Office with Hybrid Schedule)

About the Role:

Manages and optimizes our field reimbursement systems, ensuring accurate data management, vendor coordination, and providing comprehensive support to our field teams.

Your Contributions (include, but not limited to):

Manage specialty pharmacy source data and business rules for field reporting, ensuring accurate data handling and usage

Oversee timely and accurate delivery of Field Reimbursement data into respective tools, and lead projects related to field-facing reimbursement systems

Review and ensure relevancy of data and reports within field-facing reimbursement systems, providing ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders and field users

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget, and address and resolve data inquiries related to field reimbursement systems

Develop and deliver training programs for field reimbursement systems, and oversee the use and integration of industry tools to optimize field team use

Utilize business intelligence platforms to analyze and report on data, and develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes

Provide data education support to team members and key stakeholders, to ensure accurate data handling and usage

Partner with Data Management team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Field Reimbursement data into respective tools

Manage relationships with vendors and lead projects related to field-facing reimbursement systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or a relevant field and 6+ years of experience with significant years of experience with Specialty Pharmacy data & processes, sales analytics and operations experience within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry OR

Master's degree and 4+ years of similar experience

Strong expertise and proven experience working with specialty pharmacy processes and data

Experience with HUB processes

Proven experience in managing field reimbursement systems within the neuro/psych fields

Proven experience in developing and implementing field reporting tools, with a strong understanding of best practices in the field

Demonstrated ability to build comprehensive and effective reports that meet the needs of sales teams and regional managers

In-depth knowledge of field reporting methodologies and data visualization techniques

Has knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and familiarity with the broader underlying concepts of related business disciplines

Works to improve tools and processes within functional area

Developing reputation inside the company as it relates to area of expertise

Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams

Exhibits leadership skill and ability, typically leads lower levels and/or indirect teams

Excellent computer skills

Excellent communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $127,500.00-$184,800.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
