Responsibilities Understand project scope and contract requirementsAid senior staff in contract administration tasks and assignmentsManage submittal and RFI processes and provide summary reports to managementProvide reviews of contractor commissioning and startup sequences and plans to ensure conformance with contract requirementsReview contractor submittals of startup and commissioning field results and documentationCoordinate with management personnel to assess status reporting and identify and review risksJobsite work location Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related educational discipline0-5 years of experience in water/wastewater projectsAbility to interpret and analyze construction drawingsUnderstanding of construction management processes and water/wastewater treatment operationsAbility to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, engineer/project team, and deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraintsHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and be extremely organizedStrong oral and written communications skillsStrong computer and internet skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Pay Range$50,000 to $75,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
