We’re searching for an experienced Field Project Manager to support the C-17 Globemaster III Integrated Sustainment Program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. In this role, you’ll lead critical projects, tackle complex challenges, and ensure mission success for one of the world’s most respected aerospace platforms.

About the Role

As a Field Project Manager, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between teams, providing technical expertise and driving coordination across dynamic environments. You’ll oversee everything from scheduling and resource allocation to on-site operations, ensuring project milestones are achieved efficiently and safely. Your leadership will directly impact the performance and readiness of this critical platform.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the organization as a key contact for contracts and projects.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on high-impact matters.

Develop and implement solutions to complex problems in alignment with company policies.

Plan, schedule, and manage activities to meet program objectives.

Conduct regular checks for hazardous conditions, ensuring safety standards are met.

Lead maintenance, modification, and repair activities to uphold operational excellence.

Prepare and review detailed engineering documents, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Monitor project metrics, administer corrective actions, and facilitate quality improvements.

Required Qualifications

3+ years in live aircraft operations, including pneumatic, hydraulic, structural, electrical, and propulsion systems.

Proven experience in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Expertise in resource planning, scheduling, and part availability management.

Strong background in safety practices and hazardous condition mitigation.

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret).

Preferred Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field.

3+ years of C-17 platform experience.

Familiarity with USAF Technical Orders and maintenance debrief procedures.

Experience in multi-system operations, including maintenance and repair.

Strong analytical and root-cause analysis capabilities.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
